I deployed the Wolverine Stack (BPC-157 & TB-500) to heal my tendons and added CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin to trigger a massive hypertrophy signal for muscle growth. But there is a massive blind spot most people hit when trying to rebuild after GLP-1 weight loss.
To fix skin elasticity, I added GHK-Cu (the GLOW protocol). It created an absolute metabolic disaster.
The Science of Zinc Depletion
When you aggressively load GHK-Cu (Copper peptide) into your system without balancing your mineral intake, you inadvertently disrupt your copper-to-zinc ratio. My neuromuscular system completely crashed because of this unseen trap.
Clinical Reference: Copper Toxicity & Zinc Deficiency
Studies indicate that high exogenous copper administration competes with zinc for absorption and cellular binding sites. As zinc levels deplete, neuromuscular firing efficiency degrades, resulting in extreme fatigue and severe delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).

The Pivot: Moving to the KLOW Stack
If you are using peptides to rebuild your body after rapid weight loss on Mounjaro or Ozempic, you must fix the ground before you run the wire. This means pausing the GHK-Cu, running the KLOW stack (zinc, magnesium, electrolytes), and implementing proper cycling.
Remember the rule of Tachyphylaxis: If you don’t take 2 days off every 5 days (5-on, 2-off), your receptors will down-regulate, and you will flatline your progress. We talk about the foundational rules of cellular rebuilding in our Protocol Hub and map out the actual structural framing in The Builder Blueprint.
